The Dave Walker Advent Calendar

In 2013, Dave Walker launched an Advent Calendar online, turning his unique brand of humour on a time of year when we sorely something to lighten the load. It's the perfect aid for staying sane while getting ready for Christmas and a laugh a day is healthier than chocolate. It's now available as a spiral-bound desktop calendar. For every day of Advent, Dave takes a wry look at what we endure at this time of year, including understanding the etiquette of Christmas cards, what party wear tells you about the wearer, how to survive a visit to the shops and, most crucially of all, a guide to finding the end of the sticky tape. Among all the humour is the occasional searching question about the way we celebrate Christmas.
