Soon thereafter, he gave his life to Christ and answered a call to the ministry. He became the leader of the largest Christian organization on campus and later held his first pastorate in a church located in the red-light district of Washington, D.C. He also served as the senior editor of Diaspora Magazine, circulated broadly across the United States. He continued his graduate and post graduate studies, earning both M.Ed. and D.Min. degrees. Dr. Grier is now senior pastor of Grace Christian Church in Woodbridge, Virginia, and is serving a two-year term as president of the Eastern Prince William Ministerial Association, which convenes over one hundred pastors across racial and denominational lines. He has been included in Who’s Who of America as one of our nation’s outstanding Christian leaders.
