This small, practical book helps youth pastors more effectively minister to youth during these difficult economic times. It offers advice on working with youth whose parents have lost their jobs, youth who are struggling to find work in a sluggish job market, and youth who are working long hours to help their families (and therefore have less time to devote to church). The book includes lessons on responsible stewardship when money is tight and on finding hope during times of financial insecurity and instability; it also provides ideas for several inexpensive activities and outings that will not exclude youth who are low on funds.
