Giving praise and worship is not just singing and clapping our hands, singing along to an organ with a hymnal in your hands, or dancing to a rhythmic beat at a gym. Without the fullness of what God has given us, this temple we call the body would not allow God to fully enter this place. Our sleep, diet, purity of soul, time management, and exercise can bring our body to a place where God can feel welcome. There are many avenues that we bring worship in music to Him, and with every style of music composed, from hymns to hip-hop, and country to contemporary. Even some secular music can glorify God, with an observant eye. Whether musical instruments are used is a preference of churches, although a cause for much disagreement in the church. An examination of this from both testaments can leave a conclusion. Worship is, in its purest form, respecting God and seeing all He has done. You worship God since He has the authority to be. When you consider all that He has done through His creation and salvation, you will see God as an incredible and loving God, and through worship, you can show your respect and love to Him.
