In this Christian nonfiction memoir Keino Burke tells his life story and how he lost his mother shortly after moving to the United States from the Bahamas, but with God's love he was able to put his life back together and understand where his path was meant to go. Through the challenges of growing up in poverty and losing his mother to cancer to a very young age, the author learned how to depend on the love and strength of God and other believers to see how beautiful life can be.
