This eight-session study examines: narrative studies on the discovery of the empty tomb and the power of remembrance, the appearance on the way to Emmaus and who he was in the breaking of bread, Jesus' appearances, Thomas's opportunity to see for himself, Peter's transforming "reunion," Saul's conversion, an explanation of the resurecction by those who believed and those (the Sadducees) who didn't, exploration of the meaning of the Crucifixion and the Ascension for disciples through the ages.
Uses the New Revised Standard Version and the New International Version. Appropriate for individual and group study.
