Based on its now well-established Waverley Abbey Insight Days, CWR are pleased to present An Insight into Eating Disorders, one of next 2 books in this new series.

Taking the theme of an iceberg, the author uses this to help visualise this complex subject. "An eating disorder is like an iceberg" – with an iceberg the part that is above the water surface, and visible to all, being small in comparison to that which lies, ominously, below. In the same way, with an eating disorder "activity" under the surface and pain "creeping" out forms what we see as an eating disorder. This book will look at the symptoms, the reasons the help needed.
