ABOUT THE AUTHOR Monique Garland Foster was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a devoted wife, mother and grandma. She is a fourteen year veteran of the City of Milwaukee Police Department. She honors God for helping her tap into her creative talents and write this book to help others.
