If God is good and powerful, why does He allow so much suffering in the world? Can we still believe in a God of love when we see the agony of life? The argument goes that as evil continues in the world, God either doesn't care about it, can't prevent it, or just isn't there.

This booklet considers whether there is anything helpful to say on what for many is the most difficult objection to God. By carefully examining the issues, the reader is presented with two basic ways to view evil in the world, and suggests that Christianity ultimately makes more sense of the world than a world without God.
