God Made You

This adorable book creates lasting memories
as you bond with your little one, and giggle together
over toes that wiggle, and cheeks that blush.

God Made You began with little whispers into tiny ears,
teaching first words and parts of the body,
through simple phrases and rhythmic tones.

There in my lap, in our small Southern Oregon home,
I watched our firstborn light up as these truths were repeated,
and realized how incredible it was that God Made You.

My Friend, you and I have a precious opportunity
to engage our little learners about how they are made,
to whom they belong, and how much they're loved.
I pray that God Made You encourages just that.

"I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made:
marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well."
