What does it mean to be gifted? We tend to think of gifted people as those who are highly intelligent or who have extraordinary physical abilities. It's easy to watch certain athletes on the field or see leaders speaking in front of thousands of people and label them as gifted. So, it's no surprise that we carry this idea into the church. We think only the brightest and most outgoing Christians possess the gifts Jesus can use. This couldn't be further from the truth.
If you've given your life to Christ, you are gifted. Yet knowing you're gifted is just the beginning. It's also important to know who gave you the gifts, what they are, what they are for, why they are important, and how you can use them to serve the Lord. This 5-session Bible study by Lifeway Students will explore all these questions and show us just how each of us is, in fact, gifted.
