Dr. Alva J. McClain was a pastor when he was approached by several young men who were being encouraged to enter the Masonic Lodge. They came to Dr. McClain for advice and he promised to make a fair investigation of the organization on the basis of the Masonic literature that might be accessible to the public. He shared the results of his study in a sermon, which was later developed into this booklet. It is a helpful resource for those who are being confronted by Freemasonry.
