Explore the Bible: Acts, Chapters 16–28 Bible Study Book is a six-session study that will teach you and your group members what it means to be the church, based on the example of the early church.

The Book of Acts provides a historical view of the establishment and growth of the early church, a biographical look at Paul through three decades of first-century Christianity, and an attempt to settle conflict between Jewish and Gentile believers.

Acts also shows that God uses believers, often in profound ways, to help others better understand the gospel. Part of our credibility comes from sharing a bold witness of our faith. Sharing the gospel will eventually, if not immediately, encounter opposition, but it’s worth the sacrifice and effort. Gospel truth can transform sinners by demanding a response of repentance and faith. Though not everyone will believe, the gospel is for all.
