Explore the Bible: 2 Samuel Bible Study Book is a six-session study that will give you and your group members a better understanding of the rise of King David.

God gives His people leaders. David was one of those leaders. After the failure of King Saul and the death of the prophet Samuel, God chose David, a mighty warrior in Israel, to lead His people. Israel thrived under David’s caring, wise leadership, and God promised to establish David’s throne forever. And even though David experienced great sin and difficulty, he remained faithful to God.

This study will serve your group in multiple ways. It will help lead participants to honor the leaders God has raised up for them, both in the past and in the present.
