Two years after the trial of former crime boss Harry Goodrich things are getting worse again for Covenant City. All the more reason for 17 year old Sasha Washington to want to leave the city to go to college. Despite getting the grades every option to get the money evaporates putting her in a difficult situation. When the established crime gang and one trying to return mistake her as someone associated with the other she is put between a rock and a hard place but a spot that might give her the money to escape. Will she leave Covenant City and move on with her life or will she be another of Covenant City's many victims?
