The star prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney's elite cybercrime unit, Sam has reconnected after five years of silence for one reason: his latest case, which involves SF-Technologies. His secret grand jury investigation is driven by an anonymous source, and he wonders if the whistleblower could be Kate.

Though she can't deny the heat that still burns between them, Kate realizes the danger of the parallel tracks they're traveling.
