Bear Hug Band formed in Costa Mesa, CA, around 2006 (AD, in case you were wondering) as a fortunate accident and a worship song that was just way too goofy for an adult congregation. This caused us to change direction, and now we write and perform worship music geared for children, with a Gospel centered focus and a heavy Biblical influence.
