Leadership is still in need of change in many organizations and churches today. Church leadership, organization, and project teams continue to fail due to the lack of effective leadership practices, training, and operating under one vision. Church leaders continue to seek out innovative methods to influence, lead, train, and motivate individuals/teams to execute vision and perform at levels of excellence. We as leaders are reproducing disciples known as leaders. God used a 7-Step method to create the world & to create disciples/leaders. This method will help teach leadership influence & development as discussed in Ecclesiastes 1:19 "What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun." This is a unique book in a simplistic form that will introduce and unfold the 7-Step method to change. It will also walk you through the discovery of various aspects of a good leader. Dr. Tracie M. Duncan is a Servant & Transformational Leader who believes in empowering others to excel and create change for success; her passion is helping others to develop and grow.
