Dr. Dwain Illman has served leading medical-evangelism outreaches over forty- ve times across the globe. He along with his wife Marilyn and daughters Christine and Julia lived at Mashoko Christian Hospital in Zimbabwe for three years during which time Dr. Illman was Medical Superintendent and also served as Headmaster for Mashoko Secondary School of 400 students. He then came to states and worked as an emergency physician in Bloomington, Indiana for 30 years. This book highlights ministry in 10 different countries from 1969 through 2016. The challenges, rewards and blessings are recorded so that you, the reader, may be challenged to lead others to be part of the unbelievable crowd before the throne of God as described in Revelation 5 when people of every tribe, tongue and nation will be there. My wife of nearly 50 years has been a part of this ministry in all but six times. She has been an invaluable supporter and partner as we have served together. I used as the title the question I was asked by a small missionary boy in the Sudan. When I retired, I asked myself, "are you still a doctor?" I decided God had led me into this and that He should be glori ed. In the Bible, retirement is never mentioned as a goal to be achieved. Scripture such as I Peter 4:10 challenges us to "use whatever gift you have to serve others." Many of these outreaches were done before I retired, the majority have been during my retirement. I wanted to share through this book how God has done this through me a sinner but a forgiven sinner.
